3 injured when motorcycle strikes pedestrian on South Park

A pedestrian who was struck by a motorcycle early Saturday in South Buffalo remained in critical condition in Erie County Medical Center late that day, according to Buffalo police.

The 46-year-old Buffalo man, whose name was not released, was crossing South Park Avenue at Aldrich Place at 2:30 a.m. when a motorcycle traveling north on South Park hit him, police reported.

The two men riding on the motorcycle, both city residents who were not further identified, were treated and released from ECMC, Buffalo police spokesman Michael J. DeGeorge said late Saturday. No charges have been filed at this time, DeGeorge added.
