The Buffalo Bisons picked up a 2-1 win over the Indianapolis Indians Thursday afternoon in Dunedin, Fla.
The Bisons’ pitching staff allowed just three hits in the game. Bobby Korecky, the team’s Most Valuable Pitcher in 2014, earned the win in relief. He allowed just one walk with three strike outs in two hitless innings.
John Anderson, who made two relief appearnces for the Herd last season, started the game and struck out four over four scoreless innings.

The Bisons will hold their annual National Anthem Auditions from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at Coca-Cola Field. Singers will be asked to perform the Star Spangled Banner and O Canada a cappella in front of the home dugout. Tryouts are open to the public with no pre-scheduled times. Singers should enter the ballpark at Pettibones Grille entrance.
