The Buffalo Infringement Festival, a yearly compendium of head-spinning variety that transforms Allentown and environs into an indoor-outdoor extravaganza of unbridled cultural activity, is accepting submissions for this year's festival through May 1.
The upside for artists? No proposals are turned down.
That's thanks to the resolutely egalitarian nature of the project, which began as a reaction to the corporate Fringe Festival in Montreal and has grown to become Buffalo's longest and most diverse cultural festival.
