Kendall man accused of sexually abusing five teenage girls

ALBION – A Kendall man has been charged with sexually abusing five girls ages 13 to 15 and making them pose for sexually explicit photos, the Orleans County Office of the Sheriff reported Monday.

David P. Perry Sr., 67, of Norway Road, was charged with single counts of third-degree criminal sexual action and third-degree sexual abuse and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Investigator Shannon Brett said Perry would get the girls drunk or high on marijuana, perform sexual acts on them and photograph them. The attacks occurred on several occasions in his home last year, Brett said.

In January, the Sheriff’s Office raided Perry’s home and seized electronic devices that were analyzed at the Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory in Buffalo, authorities said. Perry faces further proceedings in Kendall Town Court at 6 p.m. April 4.

The Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with additional information about the case to contact Brett at either (585) 590-4158 or (585) 590-4143.
