Video: Fight breaks out at Buffalo social services office

Three people were charged after a fight broke out in the Erie County Department of Social Services office in the Rath Building on Friday afternoon, an incident that was caught on video and posted to YouTube.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the first floor of the Pearl Street facility at about 2:40 p.m., according to a report from the sheriff’s office.

"Upon arrival deputies observed chairs knocked over, people running around and heard screaming," the report notes.

The three people facing disorderly conduct charges are Dwight McCrayer, 36; Andre R. Roserio, 37; and LizMarie Otero-Diaz, 25, all of Buffalo.

McCrayer and Roserio were issued appearance tickets and released. Otero-Diaz had an active bench warrant and was taken to the Erie County Holding Center to await arraignment.

The YouTube video captures the moments from before the fight until afterwards when deputies arrived. According to the YouTube user who posted the video, it shows a "mother and father (fighting) a grown man for telling their 2-year-old daughter to shut up." According to the police report, Roserio and Otero-Diaz live at the same address.
