Buffalo woman arrested for erratic driving and felony DWI

A 38-year-old Buffalo woman allegedly driving erratically on the Niagara Thruway early Saturday was arrested on a charge of felony drunken driving.

Elizabeth S. Zellner was found after processing at the Buffalo State Police office to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.17 percent, more than twice the state’s legal limit about 1:55 a.m. Saturday. She was charged with felony driving while intoxicated because of a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and numerous Vehicle and Traffic infractions. Before being released to a sober third party she was issued an appearance ticket for Buffalo City Court proceedings March 28.
