Albion man pleads guilty to his third DWI felony

LOCKPORT – An Albion man pleaded guilty Monday in State Supreme Court to his third career felony count of driving while intoxicated.

In the latest case, Henry J. Walden Jr., 54, of West State Street, refused the breath test after driving off Walmore Road in Lewiston last September and striking a rock on a front lawn.

Walden could be sentenced to as long as four years in state prison May 9 when he is taken back before Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr.
