Erie County sheriff deputies made three drunken driving arrests Wednesday, including one linked to a crash and one involving a young child passenger, Sheriff Timothy B. Howard said Thursday.
At 1:02 p.m. Wednesday during a traffic stop on Grand Island Boulevard on Grand Island Toh Bah, 57 of Buffalo was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a 4-year-old child in his car without wearing a seat belt. He was also charged with speeding and a lane change infraction.
At 6 p.m. on Main Street in Clarence Jonathan McKibben, 37, of Clarence was charged with driving while intoxicated shortly after a convenience store worker called to complain about him making trouble in the store.
At 11:48 p.m. also in Clarence, Christine Rizzo, 25, of Williamsville was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a breath test and a lane change violation for allegedly causing a crash at Main Street and Transit Road.
