Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed bring co-headlining tour to Darien Lake

Breaking Benjamin and Disturbed, two of modern hard rocks more successful acts, are teaming up for a co-headlining tour that will include a stop July 24 at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center (9993 Alleghany Road, Darien Center).

Nearly 15 years following the group's debut, Wilkes-Barre-bred Breaking Benjamin scored its first No. 1 record with the 2015 release of "Dark Before Dawn." The Chicago nu-metal act Disturbed, a mainstay of the genre since breaking through on the OzzFest stages of the early 2000s, ended its self-imposed hiatus in 2014 and returned a year later with "Immortalized," the band's sixth studio release.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 27 for $36.95 - $86.95 reserved and $29.95 lawn (LiveNation, Ticketmaster or call 800-745-3000.).
