Falls woman pleads guilty in attempted noodle burglary

LOCKPORT – A woman who was caught trying to steal some ramen noodles and macaroni and cheese from a Niagara Falls home pleaded guilty Friday.

Andrea I. Jordan, 48, of Falls Street, admitted to attempted second-degree burglary and was scheduled for sentencing April 20 by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon. In the interim, Jordan will be assigned to Niagara Falls mental health court.

On Nov. 17, 2014, a resident of 19th Street caught Jordan trying to take packages of noodles from a sun porch she used as a pantry.
