Lou Gramm of Foreigner fame returns to Niagara County

Lou Gramm, the Rochester native whose lead vocals powered such hits as "Hot Blooded" and "Urgent" for the band Foreigner, is making a habit of spending time in Niagara County.

The Lockport Town Planning Board this week approved a special use permit for a daylong concert to be headlined by Gramm at Spring Lake Winery in Lockport. The event is scheduled for June 18.

Gramm appeared last summer in North Tonawanda for the "Rockin' on the River" series at Gratwick Riverside Park and he played in 2012 at Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls.
