Niagara Falls woman arrested for aggravated DWI and numerous other charges

NIAGARA FALLS – A 51-year-old Niagara Falls woman was arrested by State Police on aggravated drunken driving and a number of other charges when she stopped her vehicle on the LaSalle Expressway Saturday.

Lori A. Bottenfield was found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 percent, more than twice the state’s legal limit. She was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, refusing to take a breath test, failure to keep right and making unsafe lane changes. She was ordered to appear March 26 in Niagara Falls City Court.
