Gerry woman and her son injured in one-car accident

ELLINGTON –A Gerry woman, and her 8-year-old son were taken to WCA Hospital in Jamestown for treatment of minor injuries after she drove through a stop sign on 28th Creek Road and struck a guard rail about 7:40 p.m. Friday, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Carry L. Delahoy, 36, was charged with failing to stop at a stop sign. She is to appear in Ellington Town Court at a later date, according to the sheriff’s office.
