Tuscarora Reservation woman imprisoned for felony DWI

LOCKPORT – A resident of the Tuscarora Indian Reservation was sentenced Wednesday to one to three years in state prison for a felony count of driving while intoxicated.

Patti J. Henry, 49, of Susie’s Lane, also was fined $1,000 by State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. Henry pleaded guilty in the wake of her Oct. 10 arrest in Lewiston, where her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.17 percent, more than twice the legal threshold for intoxication.

In another case Wednesday, Timothy J. Zastrow, 58, of Pine Street, Lockport, pleaded not guilty before Kloch to felony DWI, running a red light and failure to keep right. He was pulled over Oct. 29 in the City of Lockport.
