Ohio man found with .25 BAC

An Ohio man registered a blood-alcohol content more than three times the legal limit on the Thruway in Brant on Saturday morning.

State Police, responding to a call about a possible disabled vehicle at about 2:15 a.m., found Ronald J. Robb of Akron, Ohio, with a BAC of .25 percent, more than triple the legal limit of .08 percent.

Robb, 51, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and issued an appearance ticket for Feb. 19 in Brant Town Court, State Police said.
