Canadian man arrested at Peace Bridge for trying to sneak pot into Buffalo

A 42-year-old Canadian man was arrested at the Peace Bridge about 12:05 a.m. Monday and charged with allegedly trying to sneak an estimated 167.5 grams of marijuana into Buffalo. Peter J. Broersma of Keswick, Ontario north of Toronto near Lake Simcoe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana by Buffalo police who took custody of him from U.S. Border Patrol Agent Benjamin F. Danziger.
