Buffalo Police heard what they thought was a gun hitting the ground when they responded to a call on Bailey Avenue early Sunday.
It turns out they were right.
Police got a call of unknown trouble in the 2200 block of Bailey, and when they got there, they saw three men in a vehicle. The passengers were acting suspiciously, and officers heard what sounded like a gun hitting the concrete on the ground. They found two loaded handguns, and a plastic bag of white powdery substance, believed to be cocaine.
The occupants of the vehicle were apprehended, and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance. The suspects are Dominic Daniels, 28, and Darnell Daniels, 25, both of 251 Townsend St., and Brandon Brown, 33, of 14 Ada Place.
Officers determined the guns had been reported stolen.
