Jamestown man indicted in home invasion

JAMESTOWN – A 25-year-old Jamestown man in custody for the last week was ordered Tuesday to remain in the Chautauqua County Jail in Mayville after he pleaded not guilty to an eight-count indictment handed up in Chautauqua County Court.

Felix J. Lozada is charged with second-degree burglary, burglary displaying a firearm, second-degree robbery, armed robbery in the second-degree, and second-degree menacing. Jamestown Police said a second suspect in the early morning stickup at 555 S. Main Street here has been captured in Warren County where he was being held on unrelated charges. The name of the second suspect is not being released until he is returned to Jamestown for arraignment, according to police officials.
