SHERMAN – A Sherman man was charged with drunken driving Friday while his license was suspended and he was awaiting prosecution.
Angus R. Calhoun, 24, was stopped by Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies early Friday morning on Hart Street for failure to signal a turn, officials said.
Calhoun, of Lyons Road in Sherman, was found to have a suspended license pending prosecution by the court, Sheriff’s officials said.
Calhoun was charged with driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and refusing to submit to a chemical and roadside test. He is in Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
