Lockport man accused of cutting neighbor’s cable line

A Lockport man was arrested for cutting his neighbor’s cable line, State Police said Friday.

Christopher J. Laubacker, 37, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

The arrest stems from a Dec. 3 complaint at a residence where the Time Warner Cable line was intentionally cut. An investigation led to Laubacker’s arrest.

He is scheduled to appear in Town of Lockport Court Jan. 7.
