GERRY – A Dunkirk man faces drunken driving charges after a one-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Chautauqua County.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office charged Eddie L. Marshall, 46, with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after the crash on Route 60.

The crash happened at about 8:17 a.m., the sheriff’s office said, and Marshall was taken to WCA Hospital in Jamestown for evaluation of injuries.

Authorities also ticketed Marshall for moving from a lane unsafely and driving an uninspected vehicle.
