Bring the kids by Monkey See, Monkey Do Bookstore (9060 Main St., Clarence) for a calm and quiet visit with Santa. Santa also will be in Getzville. Be there when he arrives, riding in a fire truck with firefighters from the Getzville Fire Company (630 Dodge Road, Getzville). The event is from 4 to 8 p.m. Dec 19. Santa has surprises for all of the kids.

And there is nothing like the sounds of Christmas at East Aurora’s Annual Carolcade. This event takes place from 7 to 8 p.m. Dec. 19 on Main Street between Olean and Riley streets. The holiday tradition is fun for the entire family with caroling, hot cocoa, doughnuts, song sheets and a visit from Santa. See eanycc.com for more info.
