At least once every five days for the past decade, a law enforcement officer has been caught abusing the law in the United States. Former Oklahoma City cop Daniel Holtzclaw is the latest in a string of police officers convicted for sexual assault. Over the course of a yearlong investigation, Buffalo News reporter Matt Spina compiled a database of more than 700 credible cases of police sexual abuse and misconduct.
