Coast Guard comes to aid of disabled boat off Hamburg Town Beach

The U.S. Coast Guard came to the aid of a disabled boat with three Canadians aboard off Hamburg Town Beach about 5 p.m. Saturday. After receiving a report of flares spotted, a rescue crew in a boat was dispatched to the scene from Coast Guard Station Buffalo. The three onboard the disabled boat were taken to Crystal Beach, Ont., according to a Coast Guard news release. Further information was unavailable.
