Business People on the move

Delaware North appointed Kathy Gill vice president of marketing and communications. Gill was senior vice president of marketing and product development at Spin Master in Toronto. She is a SUNY Geneseo graduate. Also, Michele Garcia was named director of talent and workplace development. Garciais a graduate of Case Western Reserve University.

The Brothers of Mercy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center named Joseph Widmer director of finance. A CPA, Widmer a graduate of Canisius College.

UBMD Pediatrics and the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences named Dr. Renee Triplet a clinical assistant professor in the division of emergency medicine. Triplet recently completed her fellowship in pediatric critical care at Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. She earned her doctorate at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency and chief residency at University at Buffalo/Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.

Seneca Gaming Corporation appointed Melissa Free-Marshall senior vice president of marketing. Free-Marshall was regional vice president of marketing for Caesars Entertainment. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Lougen, Valenti, Bookbinder & Weintraub appointed Sean Bird an assurance senior accountant. Bird, a CPA, is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Classic Tube, a provider of preformed tubing products for the automotive aftermarket, appointed Nicole Millich marketing manager. Millich is a University at Buffalo graduate.

Evans Bank named Nicole Aldinger and James Callea credit analysts. Aldinger holds an MBA from Clarkson University and a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo. Callea is a Canisius College graduate.

Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman appointed Jennifer Greene director of marketing and business development. Greene, formerly with Phillips Lytle, is a St. Bonaventure University graduate.

McGuire Development Company promoted Catherine Panczykowski to office manager. Panczykowski attended Bryant and Stratton College. Crystal Guash was named assistant property manager, and named Jeffrey Clabeaux was named a real estate development associate. Guash is a University at Buffalo graduate. Clabeaux is an ITT Tech graduate. Also Matthew Wieczorek was named portfolio operations manager and dispatch operator and Eric Bress was named a marketing and real estate development specialist. Wieczorek is a UB graduate. Bress is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Martin Davison Public Relations appointed Kailey Kolozsvary public relations specialist and Jassen Otto senior production designer. Kolozsvaryis a graduate of Saint John Fisher College. Otto graduated from the University at Buffalo.

Brock, Schechter & Polakoff promoted Hannah E. Borden to in-charge senior accountant. Borden graduated from the University at Buffalo with a master’s degree. Also, the firm promoted Robert Whitty and Craig J. Haffa to senior accountants. Whitty, who has been with the firm for two years, came through the merger with John P. Whitty in 2014 Haffa received his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Niagara University.
