Two mobile homes raided in meth probe

FALCONER – Five people face drug charges after police raided two homes in a mobile home park on Wednesday as part of a methamphetamine investigation.

The raids on East Elmwood Avenue happened at about 12:45 p.m., the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force announced. The raids, which also involved the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, turned up quantities of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Police charged Christopher M. John, 34, and Jacob L. Meier, 28, with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Savanna A. Myers, 19, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Samantha Myers, 20, and Angela M. Wicks, 27, were stopped in a vehicle leaving the area. Police charged Myers with criminal possession of hypodermic needles and Wicks with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force consists of officers from Jamestown and Town of Ellicott police, with assistance from State Police CNET.
