'Scary Lucy' tops list of 2015 pop-culture oddities

What was the strangest pop culture phenomenon to happen in 2015?

According to Entertainment Weekly's "Bullseye 100," a year-end collection of "the best, worst, weirdest, wildest, funniest, strangest, most WTF in pop culture," the Jamestown sculpture of Lucille Ball that continues to inspire horror and fascination among its many admirers and/or victims ranks fairly high.

It's the first entry in EW's "not-quite-chronological" list of the most interesting pop culture items that have appeared in its back-of-the-book "Bullseye" feature, where Lucy first appeared back in April.
