Buffalo medical practice relocates

A medical practice that is losing its lease on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus is relocating to Delaware Avenue.

General Physician PC Women’s Healthcare signed a long-term lease for 520 Delaware Ave., a 5,800-square-foot building that formerly housed AlphaGraphics. The building, which is owned by Plaza Group, also includes surface parking next to its entrance.

The medical practice, with five practitioners, had previously been located in the William E. Mosher Health Center at 899 Main St., but building owner Lifetime Health Medical Group expanded an operation in the building and didn’t renew General Physician’s lease, prompting it to look nearby. The practice will move to its new location, almost parallel to its old, early in the first quarter, said Ben Schiller of Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Buffalo, who handled the deal with broker David Schiller.

“The market in the vicinity of the medical campus is very limited, and General Physician secured the best possible solution in this tight submarket,” Ben Schiller said.
