Buffalo man charged with possessing ammunition made in Russia

A Buffalo man with a felony conviction has been charged with possession of ammunition, some of it made in Russia.

Darryl Bagby, 32, was arrested after the Erie County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search of his residence at 116 Bidwell Parkway, Assistant U.S. Attorney Brendan T. Cullinane said. Deputies found ammunition, more than $19,000 in cash, cocaine and a digital scale, he said.

Bagby is charged with being a felon in possession of ammunition. His arrest is the result of an investigation by the sheriff’s office and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
