For the fourth year running, Larkin Square will be transformed into a winter wonderland – sans snow, this year – on Dec. 4. “Holiday Live at Larkin” has become a seasonal favorite, as the rejuvenated Seneca Street crossroads combines live music, a holiday market, adult beverages and a plethora of food trucks along the covered, heated “boardwalk” area of Larkin Square.
Robot Holiday, the all-star, all-local musical collective part and parcel of the event from its inaugural year, will once again headline the event with two hours of original holiday songs, among them favorites from past years like “Snow Day” and “The Longest Night of the Year.” Western New York indie-rock favorites the Tins will serve as openers, and the music will get rolling with kickoff sets from DJs Shane & Tone at 4:30 p.m.
As ever, Holiday Live at Larkin is a family friendly event, and admission and parking are both free. Additional information is available through RobotHoliday.com and Larkinsquare.com.
