Troopers: Chautauqua County driver seen swerving had BAC more than 3 times legal limit

STOCKTON – State Police in Chautauqua County charged a Bemus Point woman with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI after she was found with a blood-alcohol content of more than triple the legal limit.

Police arrested Lori Scott, 54, on Waterman Road after her vehicle was seen drifting into the opposite driving lane and onto the shoulder several times.

Scott registered a blood-alcohol content of .25 percent, more than three times the .08 legal limit for a DWI charge. She is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court on Dec. 28.
