Authorities charged Louis A. Rivera, 59, and Jody L. Buck, 42, after the raid at their home at 826 Prendergast Ave.

Police said Rivera was trafficking in heroin from his home, where authorities said they also found packing materials for heroin and scales to measure drugs.

Police charged Rivera with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree sale of a controlled substance. Police charged Buck with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession.

Both were being held in the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.
