NT man pleads not guilty to drug sales indictment

LOCKPORT – A North Tonawanda man pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Niagara County Court to a four-count indictment accusing him of making two Suboxone sales at his home.

Phillip A. Cerrillo, 45, of Fredericka Street, denied two counts each of fourth-degree sale and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. The alleged drug deals were made Sept. 25 and 29, Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said.
