Buffalo man arrested for felony DWI after Clarence accident

A 35-year-old Buffalo man was arrested by State Police and his vehicle was impounded after he struck another vehicle while allegedly driving erratically Monday along Main Street in Clarence. Salvatore Fuentes was turned over to a sober third party after he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated because of a prior DWI arrest and aggravated driving while intoxicated after he was found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.18 percent, more than twice the state’s legal limit. He was ordered to appear at Clarence Town Court for proceedings in the case in several weeks.
