A cab driver was robbed of cash at gunpoint early Sunday afternoon in North Buffalo, police said.
The cabbie told Northwest District officers he was driving in the 100 block of St. Lawrence Avenue about 1 p.m. when a young man about 17 years old let a ball go into the street.
When the driver stopped, another male appeared and put a gun to the back of the driver’s head while demanding cash, according to a report. The driver handed over $170.
The first man was wearing a blue shirt, white sneakers and shorts, the victim said. There was no description of his accomplice.
