Falls man stabbed in the arm says he didn’t see his attacker

NIAGARA FALLS – A 23-year-old man who was stabbed in the left arm Friday morning told police he never saw his attacker.

The victim, a Ninth Street resident who told police he is new to the area, reported walking home from the Portage Road Tops Market shortly before 11 a.m. Friday, when he was pushed to the ground near an open field in the 800 block of Pine Avenue. The man said that when he got up, he felt extreme pain in his left arm and noticed he was bleeding. He said he did not see his attacker.

The man was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for treatment.
