Falls men placed on probation in drug cases

LOCKPORT – Two Niagara Falls men were placed on probation by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon in separate drug cases Friday.

Caesar J. Mulkey, 55, of South Avenue, drew five years’ probation for attempted fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Falls police found five grams of cocaine in his vehicle after stopping it because of a traffic violation Jan. 9, 2014.

Antonio M. Mozell, 30, of Cleveland Avenue, was placed on three years’ probation for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He had already completed a stint in the state prison system’s secure drug facility, but the current case charged him with crack cocaine sales that occurred before Mozell went for treatment in 2014.
