Fans get first look at Sabres in training camp Friday at 9 a.m.

The Sabres have finalized their plans for their first training camp under new coach Dan Bylsma, with on-ice sessions open to the public beginning Friday morning at 9 in First Niagara Center.

Veterans report for testing and physicals on Thursday, with fans invited when the team hits the ice on Friday. There are multiple sessions each day and the schedule for the first week looks like this:

Session one: 9-9:45 a.m
Scrimmage: 10-10:45 a.m.
Session two: 11-11:45 a.m.
Session three: 12-1:30 p.m.
Saturday
Session one: 9-9:45 a.m.
Scrimmage: 10-10:45 a.m.
Session two: 11-11:45 a.m.
Session three: 12-1:30 p.m.
Sunday
Session one: 9-9:45 a.m.
Scrimmage: 10-10:45 a.m.

Practice (non-game group): 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Preseason home opener vs. Ottawa, 7 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 24
Session one (at HarborCenter): 8:30-10 a.m.
Session two (at HarborCenter): 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

First-round draft pick Jack Eichel is one of 19 players slated to attend camp who have joined the organization since the end of last season. The list of camp invitees include veteran Patrick Kaleta and former Canisius College goaltender Keegan Asmundson.
