Jamestown man arrested for driving drunk with no headlights

JAMESTOWN – A 57-year-old Jamestown man was arrested by State Police on felony drunken driving and other charges after he was pulled over on 2nd Street as he was allegedly driving without headlights about 2:30 a.m. Friday, State Police reported Monday.

Richard F. Katzenberger was charged with felony driving while intoxicated because of a previously DWI conviction within the last 10 years. He was also charged with refusing to submit to a breath test and driving with no headlights. Before he was released to a third person he was ordered to appear in Jamestown City Court for proceedings in several weeks.
