Falls man charged with dealing crack cocaine

LOCKPORT – A man who allegedly twice sold crack cocaine to police informants in Niagara Falls was arraigned on a four-count indictment Monday in Niagara County Court.

Joseph J. Mauldin, 47, of Ashland Avenue in the Falls, pleaded not guilty to two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

The alleged drug deals occurred June 21 and 30, 2014, Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said.
