Trespasser frees horses, floods barn in Pendleton

PENDLETON – Authorities said a trespasser at a Townline Road farm earlier this week opened horse stalls and barn doors, allowing two horses to escape

The incident occurred between 4:15 and 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies reported. The intruder also turned on a hose in a barn, flooding the floor of the barn. There was no word on the fate of the two horses.
