Jill M. Dueringer and Robert J. De Santis were married at 1 p.m. on Aug. 8 in St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, Sloan. Guests gathered for a reception at Grapevine Banquets, Depew. The Rev. Fabian Maryanski, former pastor at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, heard the couple’s vows. The bride’s parents are Rande J. and Debra Dueringer of Derby. The bridegroom’s parents are Robert L. and Theresa De Santis of Binghamton. The bride, a graduate of Lakeshore High School, earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in music education from SUNY Fredonia. The bride is an instrumental music teacher at St. Gregory the Great School. The groom, a graduate of Susquehanna Valley High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in music education and a master’s degree in music theory from SUNY Fredonia. He is an instrumental music teacher at Mount St. Mary Academy. After a trip to Cape May, N.J., the couple will make their home in Cheektowaga.
