Traffic change near new Niagara Falls traffic circle starts Friday

NIAGARA FALLS – Drivers headed towards downtown Niagara Falls on the southern section of the Robert Moses Parkway on Friday will see a slight change in the traffic pattern as they approach the traffic circle that opened earlier this year.

Traffic headed towards Niagara Falls State Park will be shifted onto the newly constructed Riverway starting Friday, the state Department of Transportation announced.

Both lanes of traffic from the circle towards John B. Daly Boulevard and Buffalo Avenue also will be opened to traffic, the department said. Currently only one lane is opened heading north from the circle.
