Man charged for disturbing patrons outside a Niagara Falls restaurant

NIAGARA FALLS – A Falls man who was huffing or inhaling gas dusting cans, outside of a restaurant was charged Monday.

The restaurant manager said the man was huffing the gas duster outside the restaurant on Niagara Falls Boulevard was disrupting the area, causing alarm to customers, as he sprayed the can into his mouth and nose. Officers said they had dispersed the man numerous times and found dusting cans that were left behind.

Michael B. Drozdowicz, 37, of Buffalo Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct and inhalation of toxic vapors.
