Meghan E. Butters and Nathan R. Houser were married at noon on June 13 in Christ the King Chapel Canisius College, Buffalo. Guests gathered for a reception at Marquis Ballroom at the Hotel @ The Lafayette, Buffalo. The Rev. John Bucki heard the couple’s vows. The bride’s parents are Dr. James P. and Wanda T. Butters of Amherst. The bridegroom’s parents are the late Glenn A. and Susan J. Houser of Ransomville. The bride is a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. She earned a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Canisius College and also earned a juris doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law. The bride is an attorney at Weiss & Saville, P.A. The groom is a graduate of Wilson High School. He earned an associate’s degree in business administration and applied sciences from Niagara County Community College. He is a compliance auditor at Discover Bank. After a trip to Bora Bora and Hawaii, the couple will make their home in New Castle, Del.
