Kaleida Health Foundation elected Barry Swartz chairman of its board of directors for a two-year term. Other officers: Vice chair, Angelo Veanes; secretary, Gretchen Krackow; and treasurer, Wayne Bacon. Patrick Whalen was elected as a new board member.


The Buffalo Bills promoted the following: Rob Hanrahan, formerly assistant director of pro personnel, to director of pro personnel; Kevin Meganck, former contract administrator/football analyst, to director of football operations; Marcus Cooper, former player personnel assistant, to a college area scout; Casey Weidl, former video assistant, to manager of football operations. Also, the team named Kevin Murphy a pro scout. Murphy previously was a pro scout for the Houston Texans.
