NORTH HARMONY – A 22-year-old man was charged with keeping a person unlawfully at his North Harmony home, according to Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies.
Nathan L. Kelwaski was taken into custody on a North Harmony Town Court warrant charging him with a misdemeanor count of unlawful imprisonment and a violation charge of harassment. He allegedly struck a person and refused to let that person leave his home on Route 474 early Wednesday.
No information was released about the victim.
Kelwaski was taken into custody without incident, deputies said. He was arraigned and sent to the county jail; the amount of bail wasn’t disclosed.
