Niagara Falls man sentenced to jail in trespassing case

LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man caught leaving a vacant apartment house was sentenced to one year in Niagara County Jail for his guilty plea to criminal trespass.

Pablo C. Morales, 34, of 24th Street, who left empty-handed, entered a 23rd Street apartment house on May 17, 2014. He was indicted on a felony burglary charge, but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge. Niagara County Court Judge Matthew J. Murphy III imposed the sentence on Tuesday.
