Buffalo Bills raise their barbecue game with Dinosaur

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que will have a prominent presence at Ralph Wilson Stadium, the Buffalo Bills announced Wednesday.

The now-national barbecue chain, which opened a Buffalo franchise last February, has entered into an official partnership with the local NFL team as the Bills' official barbecue and barbecue sauce.

The restaurant is still in the process of finalizing the menu it will serve on game-days, although traditional Dinosaur Bar-B-Que items should be expected, said Jim Clancy, Dinosaur's director of catering operations.

"The partnership is unique because Dinosaur Bar-B-Que employees will be preparing the food," Clancy added, emphasizing the difference where, in other stadiums, concessions workers would fulfill that role. Dinosaur expects to have a 12-person team at the Ralph on each game-day.

Dinosaur will vend from a standalone concession stand in the Ralph -- inside the gates of the stadium near the Buffalo Bills Store on Abbott Road (see map below) -- but one of the restaurant's food items will also be available in other concession areas and in suites.

Clancy also noted that Dinosaur Bar-B-Que will start serving at the One Direction show on Sept. 3 in Ralph Wilson Stadium.
