Youngstown man charged with DWI in Lewiston

LEWISTON — A Youngstown man was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding when he was stopped on the Robert Moses Parkway in the Town of Lewiston, State Police reported Wednesday.

Troopers said they detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on Adam A. Kycia, 38. He failed standardized field sobriety tests and was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, more than twice the legal limit, police said.

He was issued appearance tickets and is due in Town of Lewiston Court on July 29.
